About the Programme

What Made 2023 Special?

The 2023 cohort was NWN's most diverse yet — bringing together students, professionals, and entrepreneurs from across Nigeria and the diaspora. The programme deepened its curriculum with new modules on AI tools for productivity, financial literacy, and spiritual marketplace leadership.

Graduates of the 2023 cohort went on to launch businesses, secure international placements, and become mentors themselves — passing the baton to the next generation of navigators.
